The curing process of epoxy and amine mixtures was investigated from the viewpoint molecular size reactants via all-atom dynamics simulation. Of four composed either smaller or larger molecules, system both reached highest conversion at a given time, whereas for combination lowest. These can be explained in terms their diffusion coefficients. In addition, effect on reaction kinetics more striking than process. This because reacted only once but did twice. When primary with epoxy, resultant secondary incorporated into three-dimensional network. Hence, even if had higher mobility, movement part after slowed down, making further to tertiary slow. Finally, it shown that although faster one mixed larger/smaller amine, there no difference progress depending amine.
